It is on the initiative of my father, Paolo Tilche, architect and designer, and his young wife Anna, graduated from the Accademia di Brera, which in 1955 was born Arform.
Immediately he began an important research work, in Italy and abroad, of objects for the home of refined design.
The Noguchi lamps from Japan, the Niederer glasses from Switzerland, the wooden monkeys from Kay Bojesen from Denmark will arrive; later Marimekko from Finland, and many others; in research, Arform immediately began to produce its own furnishing and furniture accessories, designed by Paolo Tilche.
This mix has made Arform very soon an important reference point for a vast and refined clientele.
The post-war Milan and the boom of the 60s … the one that optimistically built the present and looked to the future … !!
In this fortunate context the initiative of Arform has grown, which has stood out for never having chased the ephemeral fashions; it was the sure taste of my parents the beacon that characterized the uniqueness of Arform.
